Community Cafe in Town Hall?

There will be an informal conversation with Rotherham Council officers to explore the possibility/options of setting up a community owned café in Rotherham Town Hall. The informal discussion will be at 2pm on Friday 12th October 2018 in the Town Hall and is open to all.
