• Introduction to basic health and safety concepts
• Improve awareness of hazards
• Enhance the safety culture in your group
• Risk Assessment – including why and how to complete one
• Identify Fire Safety issues
• Rules on First Aid/accident reporting
• Brief outline of Health and Safety at work
• Prevention of Accidents and Ill Health
